Hailey Reeve is a Maui-born and raised artist who grew up in Makawao town, surrounded by creativity from an early age. Her journey into art began when her mother, Sherri Reeve, opened a gallery when Hailey was just seven years old — a space that sparked her lifelong passion for creating.

After graduating from Humboldt State University in California, Hailey returned home to Maui and began building her own artistic line. She branded her collection “Hailey Go Lightly,” inspired by Holly Golightly from Breakfast at Tiffany’s. Drawn to the character’s charm, whimsy, and iconic sense of style, the name felt like a fitting reflection of the colorful and expressive world she was creating — though Hailey likes to joke she’s “not quite as crazy as Tiffany.”

What started as artwork has since evolved into a collection of clothing, products, housewares, and pieces for the wall, all rooted in her signature use of color and emotion.

Inspired by her life experiences and the beauty of human connection, Hailey creates art that is meant to make people feel something — especially beauty, joy, and vibrancy through color.
